What Is a Collective?

A private business that supports an individual sport as an outside source for NIL deal identification and execution. Ability to facilitate payments to student-athletes as well as negotiate marketing contracts on behalf of the students they serve

Tax Implications

Collectives are structured as Limited Liability Corporations. Business contributions may be considered marketing expenses. We encourage you to consult with appropriate tax professionals to determine the tax benefits for you.

Laxbackers Remains the Priority

Laxbackers funds are the lifeline to our Program’s day to day operations.  If you are an annual contributor to Laxbackers and deciding which effort to contribute to, it is an easy choice, donate to Laxbackers!
